Stir-Fry Vegetables

This simple stir-fry vegetable is suitable for most types of vegetables.  You could eat it every day, and still have variety. Just use whatever vegetables you have on hand to make this stir-fry vegetable.

Some prefer to add meat (eg. prawn, minced pork, pork slices) as it adds more flavor to the stir-fry vegetables. If you want meat or seafood in your stir fry, always remember to cook meat/ seafood first, then add in the vegetables.

Alternative to salt, you may try oyster sauce. To thicken stir-fry sauce,  mix two teaspoon of oyster sauce, two teaspoons of cornstarch and one tablespoon of water, then whisk it into the sauce toward the end of cooking.
