Stir-Fry Tofu

Stir-fry Tofu is quick and easy dish to make at home. You can use white soft tofu or the fried firm tofu. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 blocks of tofu
  • 3 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Minced Pork/ Chicken
  • 1-2 scallion, minced

Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon salt, up to taste (if use fried tofu)
  • 1/2 cup water & 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (if use white tofu)

Steps:

  1. Wash & cut tofu into desired sizes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok in high heat until warm.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant and lightly brown, about 1 minute.
  4. Add meat and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  5. Add tofu and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
  6. For white tofu, add water & oyster sauce and let it boil (skip if using fried tofu)
  7. For fried tofu, add salt and stir-fry.
  8. Transfer to plate & add scallion on top.
