Stir-Fry Roast Pork

Stir-fry Roast Pork is crispy due to roast pork, sweet due to caramelized sugar, aromatic due to garlic and spicy due to chilli. The recipe is simple and easy, but I can eat two bowl of rice with it.

Ingredients:

  • Roast Pork, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  • 1-2 chili, sliced (optional)
  • 1 spring onion

Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black soya sauce, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, to taste

Steps:

  1. Sliced roast pork thinly.
  2. Heat oil in wok with medium-high heat.
  3. When hot, add sliced onion and spring onion and fry until fragrance.
  4. Then, add minced garlic and fry until golden yellow. 
  5. Add roast pork and stir-fry for about 1 minutes..
  6. Add black soy sauce and stir-fry until it has coated all the roast pork.
  7. Add sugar and stir-fry.
  8. Add chilli and stir-fry again(optional).
  9. Transfer to plate & serve.
