Stir-fry Roast Pork is crispy due to roast pork, sweet due to caramelized sugar, aromatic due to garlic and spicy due to chilli. The recipe is simple and easy, but I can eat two bowl of rice with it.
Ingredients:
Roast Pork, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
1-2 chili, sliced (optional)
1 spring onion
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon salt, to taste
1 teaspoon black soya sauce, to taste
1 teaspoon sugar, to taste
Steps:
Sliced roast pork thinly.
Heat oil in wok with medium-high heat.
When hot, add sliced onion and spring onion and fry until fragrance.
Then, add minced garlic and fry until golden yellow.
Add roast pork and stir-fry for about 1 minutes..
Add black soy sauce and stir-fry until it has coated all the roast pork.
