Steamed Chicken with shiitake mushroom, red dates and goji berry is one of the healthiest dishes that can be prepared without much effort. There are only a few ingredients are needed to a delicious and nutritious dish.
You can use the whole chicken in this recipe but get it chop into small pieces. If all you have is chicken breast or chicken fillet, you can go for it too.
Ingredients:
Chicken, chop into small pieces (whole chicken/ chicken breast/ fillet)
6 soaked mushroom, sliced thinly
8 red dates, cut into half
1 tablespoon goji beri
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon light soya sauce
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Steps:
Mix all the ingredients and seasoning in a plate.
In a wok/ saucepan, fill water to 2/3 level & let it boil.
Put the plate inside and steam on high heat for about 20-30minutes.
