Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park is a veritable secret paradise where butterflies actually dance nonchalantly in clumps of fern amidst scented beautiful flowers and flowering vines. Zoo Negara Malaysia is managed by the Malaysian Zoological Society, a non-governmental organization established to create the first local zoo for Malaysians. Within Entopia lies two worlds; The Natureland living outdoor gardens and The Cocoon indoor discovery centre. Over 150 species of fauna and more than 200 species of flora are being showcased throughout Entopia’s entire exhibition.

  • The Natureland, which is a living garden vivarium, is a shared ecological space for a variety of animals from invertebrates and reptiles living in their re-created natural habitat. It is the one of the largest butterfly garden in Malaysia with approximately 15,000 free-flying butterflies at any one time consisting of up to 60 species. The living garden features more than 200 species of plants with waterfalls, ponds, caves and other artistic garden features. Be sure to stroll along the mezzanine-terrace from David’s Garden and get a majestic view of our Home Tree.
  • The Cocoon features two floors of learning exhibition and indoor activities. This indoor discovery centre is designed to let visitors self-explore the world of invertebrates through various interactive edu-stations. The first & largest bird park of its kind in Malaysia, established since 1988, the 5-acre park on the mainland portion of Penang State, has a collection of more than 300 species of birds from all over the world, of which more than 150 species are of Malaysian Species. More than 3,000 birds in this park are carefully and scientifically housed in more than 150 cages for the breeding and conservation purpose. While the 2 Geodesic Domes and 2 giant sized Walk-in-Aviaries, keep hundreds of tamed birds which offers priceless memory and exciting moment for visitors, after hand-feeding them, exotic birds ranging from tiny Sunbirds to huge, gigantic 8-foot tall Ostriches frolic in an environment that imitates their natural habitat. Melaka Crocodile Park, a sprawling 3.5 hectare park, housed on reserved forest land has been in operation since July 1987. It has about 100 species of crocodiles from around the world such as African Dwarf, Siamese, Indian Mugger, Hunchback and many more and they are kept in an atmosphere that is almost equal to their habitat. These parks also have other attractions such as Malaysia In Miniature which was build with 13 replica of historical monument as a symbolic of 13 famous attractions in Malaysia. Now visitor will impress with the beautiful scenery of walkthrough Aviary Bird Park and various species of reptiles at Reptile’s House. Zoo Teruntum, Kuantan

Visit Zoo Teruntum in Kuantan, the perfect merging of traditional Zoo and animatronics animals. There are over 25 types of animals in the zoo, as well as some areas where you can find some giant ‘dinosaurs’.  If you’re a dinosaur lover, this is the right place to visit as you can see some dinosaur fossils, dino shows. PD Ostrich Show Farm, Negeri Sembilan

PD Ostrich Show Farm is located about 5km from Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. Most major hotels are within 30 minutes of the farm. The ostriches are the real stars of this farm. Do not be alarmed if you see an ostrich or two walking about freely in the farm. Go up to them. Hug them. Pet them. Take selfies with them. Feed them. You can even race with them during Race Time.
