As a parent of two young kids, I have gathered some knowledge and experience in coming with treatment for my children when they falls sick. Minor ailments like fever, running nose, stuffy nose, sore throat, cough and diarrhea can be relieved with over-the-counter (OTC) medications without seeking for consultation from doctor.
However, I will send the kid to the doctor if the treatment does not improve the sickness after 2days and if the symptom is somehow different from how she normally shows during normal sickness.
