Storing your breastmilk really depends on how soon you want to use it and if it’s within the next few days, then refrigerating is better than freezing. Although some of the nutrients may decrease, frozen breastmilk remains far better for your baby than formula.

Some breastmilk containers grow with your baby’s needs. Can be used as a snack-cup or to store baby food, semi-solids, puree, biscuits, fruits or even juices! 

Some storage bags can be warmed directly in the electric bottle warmer and have thermal sensors to indicate the correct milk temperature.
