Pan Fried Salmon is ready in under 10 minutes. Perfectly cooked, crispy and flaky salmon can be eaten with spagetti, rice, salad. Lemon juice add brightness and a refreshing flavor to salmon.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 piece fish fillet (eg. salmon, tenggiri)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice/ lemon wedges
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon salt, to taste
Steps:
Clean the fish.
Sprinkle and rub the flesh of the fish with salt.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat.
When hot, add the fish fillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until just cooked through.
Garnish with lemon wedges/ squeeze lemon juice on the fish.
