Pan-Fried Salmon with Lemon

Pan Fried Salmon is ready in under 10 minutes. Perfectly cooked, crispy and flaky salmon can be eaten with spagetti, rice, salad. Lemon juice add brightness and a refreshing flavor to salmon. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 piece fish fillet (eg. salmon, tenggiri)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice/ lemon wedges

Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste

Steps:

  1. Clean the fish.
  2. Sprinkle and rub the flesh of the fish with salt.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat.
  4. When hot, add the fish fillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until just cooked through.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges/ squeeze lemon juice on the fish.
