Online registration can be done through the Cloud Management Module, Ministry of Education Integrated System (MOEIS) on the website or scan the QR code.
Online registration date starts on 01/03/2025 – 30/04/2025
Eligible children to apply:-
- children of Malaysian citizens
- children born from 02/01/2019 – 01/01/2020
After successfully registering online, parents or guardians must come to the school for the application certificate and bring the following documents (originals and copies):
- Printed application form from the Online Registration System (SPAT).
- Identification Card of Mother and Father/Guardian
- Marriage Certificate/ Marriage Registration Certificate
- Health Records
- Confirmation of siblings at the registered school (Forms can be obtained at the school office)
- Divorce Letter and Child Custody Order (if applicable)
- TNB utility bill/Syabas/Telephone/Rental Agreement (as proof of residential address)
