Pan Fried Fish is a easy and simple dish because cooking fish fillets on the stove takes only 10 minutes. Decorated with beautiful crispy golden ginger strips and crust and juicy flesh inside.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon oil
1 piece fish fillet (eg. salmon, tenggiri)
1 knob ginger, sliced into thin strips
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon salt, to taste
1- 2 teaspoon light soy sauce, to taste (optional)
Steps:
Clean the fish.
Sprinkle and rub the flesh of the fish with salt.
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat.
When hot, scatter ginger strips into the hot pan and fry until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
Add fish fillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until just cooked through. Transfer to plate.
Drizzle light soy sauce on the pan-fried fish & garnish with crispy ginger.
