Ohh no! My five years old daughter is down with running nose again. So, I get my husband to buy Aerius syrup from the pharmacy. However, he come back with another additional item recommended by the pharmacist – Vitamode Kids Berrywell Syrup. It is a combination of yeast extract, elderberry extract and vitamin C which helps to boost children’s immune systems and supports the body’s defence against infections.

Previously, he read that Black Elderberry is packed with vitamins and antioxidants that may help to boost immune system and is especially useful to prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms. That is why when the pharmacist recommended it to him, he buy it straight away.

This is the beginning of my journey to test out the black elderberry syrup in the market.
