This 10 minutes noodle soup is suitable for breakfast, lunch, dinner or supper. This is one of the recipe that I will make if I want to make a simple and fast meal. Especially useful when I want to cook breakfast for my kid before she went to school. Also, I prefer to eat freshly cooked food rather than reheat overnight food.

 

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • Noodle (Rice Vermicelli, Udon, Ramen…etc)
  • Vegetable (Eg. Spinach, Carrot, Choy Sum, Cabbage…etc)
  • Meat (Eg. Fishball, Fishcake, Chicken, Fish Fillet, Pork…etc)
  • Weipa (Original/ Premium/ Seafood)
  • Egg

Remark: Just adjust the amount of water, noodles, vegetables, meat, egg and weipa seasoning according to personal preference/ number of pax.

 

Steps:

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil.
  2. Add in meat, vegetable, noodle and Weipa seasoning.
  3. Add egg (optional) and serve.
